Our approach

We believe a good online shop should provide clear product information, transparent prices, dependable order communication and fair support when something goes wrong. Product pages are intended to describe the principal characteristics, materials, dimensions, intended use and care information available to us. Because screens display colour differently and handmade or natural materials may vary, minor visual differences may occur where they do not affect conformity or ordinary use.

Products and availability

Our assortment may change as products are updated or become unavailable. Placing an item in a cart does not reserve it. A purchase contract is formed only as explained in our Terms of Service. If an ordered product cannot be supplied after an order has been accepted, we will contact the customer without undue delay and refund any payment made for the unavailable item.

Fair treatment of customers

Customers buying as consumers in Germany or elsewhere in the European Union retain all mandatory consumer rights. These include the statutory right of withdrawal for most distance purchases and legal remedies where goods are defective or do not conform to the contract. Our voluntary service practices do not replace, reduce or exclude those rights.

Delivery

All orders receive free standard delivery unless a different option is clearly offered and selected at checkout. The estimated delivery time is 15–20 days.
